What you can do to understand and improve patient satisfaction.

To reduce churn (losing patients), you need to encourage patients to complain so you can quickly resolve their problem.   This is especially important in this age of social media where it is so easy and fast for a patient to "get a microphone" (Yelp, Facebook, Twitter...) and start sharing bad news.

TIP:  Give patients a reward for complaining. Include a coupon for a cup of coffee at Starbucks with the survey as a thank you for completing the survey.  Or, instead of a Starbucks coupon, give them a toothbrush or something...
